Accept your invite and connect Synaptiq on Zapier

Once you accept the invite, the Synaptiq app will appear in your Zapier account and you can start building Zaps immediately.

Connecting Synaptiq to Zapier

1. Accept the invite link above
2. Log in to zapier.com and click Create Zap
3. Search for Synaptiq in the app directory
4. Click Connect — you'll be prompted for your Synaptiq API key
5. Find your API key at /admin/settings > API Keys
6. Paste the key into Zapier and click Yes, Continue

Your Synaptiq account is now connected and ready to use in any Zap.

Available Triggers

Triggers fire your Zap when something happens in Synaptiq:

Tips

• Filters: Use Zapier's built-in Filter step to only trigger on leads above a certain score or from a specific company size
• Formatter: Use Zapier Formatter to clean up or transform lead data before passing it to downstream apps
• Multi-step Zaps: Chain multiple actions — for example, create a CRM deal and send a Slack alert in the same Zap
• Test mode: Always use Zapier's test mode before turning a Zap on to verify data is flowing correctly

Troubleshooting

Problem	Cause	Fix
Synaptiq app not found in Zapier	Invite not accepted	Use the invite link above to add the app to your account
Zap doesn't trigger	API key invalid or expired	Go to /admin/settings > API Keys, generate a new key, and reconnect in Zapier
Trigger fires but action fails	Field mapping mismatch	Check that the Zapier fields match what the downstream app expects
Duplicate Zap runs	Same event processed twice	Add a Zapier Filter or Paths step to deduplicate using the event id field
