Connect Synaptiq to 6,000+ apps via Zapier — no code required.
Synaptiq has a native Zapier app that lets you connect your AI SDR to over 6,000 tools — Google Sheets, Slack, Close.io, Mailchimp, Salesforce, and more — without writing a line of code.
Synaptiq's Zapier app is currently in invite-only beta.
Accept your invite and connect Synaptiq on Zapier
Once you accept the invite, the Synaptiq app will appear in your Zapier account and you can start building Zaps immediately.
/admin/settings > API KeysYour Synaptiq account is now connected and ready to use in any Zap.
Triggers fire your Zap when something happens in Synaptiq:

|---|---|---|
| Synaptiq app not found in Zapier | Invite not accepted | Use the invite link above to add the app to your account |
| Zap doesn't trigger | API key invalid or expired | Go to /admin/settings > API Keys, generate a new key, and reconnect in Zapier |
| Trigger fires but action fails | Field mapping mismatch | Check that the Zapier fields match what the downstream app expects |
| Duplicate Zap runs | Same event processed twice | Add a Zapier Filter or Paths step to deduplicate using the event id field |
For complex, multi-branch workflows or higher event volumes, consider pairing Zapier with Webhooks or using Make.com instead.
If you need a workflow that Zapier can't support, the API Reference gives you direct access to every Synaptiq endpoint.
